A record should, wherever applicable, be:

Measurable – The achievement must have a clear method of measurement.

Verifiable – The achievement must be supported by reliable evidence.

Clear – The record title and criteria must be clearly defined.

Repeatable – The achievement should be capable of being attempted again under the same defined conditions.

Safe & Lawful – Record attempts must comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.

हमारे मूल रिकॉर्ड सिद्धांत

जहां लागू हो, प्रत्येक रिकॉर्ड:

मापने योग्य – उपलब्धि को स्पष्ट तरीके से मापा जा सके।

सत्यापन योग्य – उपलब्धि के समर्थन में विश्वसनीय साक्ष्य उपलब्ध हों।

स्पष्ट – रिकॉर्ड का शीर्षक और मापदंड स्पष्ट हों।

पुनः प्रयास योग्य – निर्धारित समान परिस्थितियों में उपलब्धि को दोबारा आजमाया जा सके।

सुरक्षित एवं कानूनी – रिकॉर्ड प्रयास लागू कानूनों और सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुरूप होना चाहिए।
